A food tour is a guided culinary experiencethat combines city discovery with tastings at selected local venues. At Foodeez, our food tours take the form of a 3‑hour walking experience,with several gourmet stops along the way. It’s a fun and original way to explore a city through its food culture.
What is included in a Foodeez food tour?
Each Foodeez food tour includes:

✔️ 6 sweet and savory tastings (equivalent to a full meal)

✔️ A friendly small-group experience
Does the food tour replace a meal?
Yes. The tastings are designed to make up a full meal,so there’s no need to eat before or after the tour.
Is the food tour suitable for vegetarians, gluten-free diets, etc.?
If we are informed in advance, we can notify our partner venues so they can adapt the tastings accordingly. On the day of the tour, it will unfortunately be too late to make changes, so please make sure to let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions ahead of time.
How long does a food tour last?
The average duration of a Foodeez food tour is approximately 3 hours..
Is there a lot of walking during the food tour?
The total distance is around 2.8 to 3 kmat a relaxed pace, with seated breaks along the way. Our food tours are therefore accessible to everyone and do not require any specific level of fitness.
Is the food tour suitable for both tourists and locals?
Yes. Foodeez food tours are designed for both visitors discovering the city and locals who want to experience their city in a different way.
How many people take part in a food tour?
Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure a friendly and high-quality experience.The maximum number of participants is 14 per time slot, depending on the type of booking — especially for private group tours. If you’re planning a specific event, feel free to contact us to discuss your project.

Booking & Practical Information
How can I book a food tour?
Bookings are made directly online on the Foodeez website by selecting your preferred city and date.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, a free reschedule is possible up to 48 hours before the originally planned date.
Between 48 hours before the tour and the day of the experience, our routes are usually already finalized and our partners have been notified.
For this reason, a €5 fee per person will be charged to cover organizational costs. Additional fees may apply if some tastings have already been prepared in advance by our partners.
If this is the case, the exact amount will be calculated and communicated to you accordingly.
Whenever possible, we always prioritize rescheduling rather than cancellation.
Can I cancel a food tour?
If cancellation is the only option,
your booking will be refunded under the following conditions:
• Up to 1 week before the scheduled date: Free cancellation and refund to the original payment method.
The refunded amount corresponds to the total booking amount minus platform fees (Stripe).
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled date: Refund of 80% of the booking amount, minus Stripe fees.
Less than 48 hours before the tour or on the day itself: No refund will be possible.
What happens if there are not enough participants?
If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will always inform you in advance and, whenever possible, offer up to three alternatives:

. un • A full refund, including all fees
• In some cities, the possibility to switch to our self-guided food tour format through our other concept, Zest Food Tours (a refund of the price difference will be issued if this option is chosen)
You are always notified in advance.
Groups & Private Tours
Can a food tour be privatized?
Yes, Foodeez food tours can be fully privatized for private groups, companies, or special events.
For which types of events can a food tour be privatized?
Food tours can be privatized for many occasions, including:
• Corporate events and team building
• Seminars, afterworks
. company outings
• Birthdays
• Bachelorette / bachelor parties
• Family gatherings or groups of friends
Can the route be customized?
Yes. Depending on the group size, schedule, and your expectations, each request is reviewed individually to offer a tailored experience.
Food Tour Gift Cards
How does a Foodeez food tour gift card work?
A gift card allows you to offer a Foodeez food tour in the city of your choice, without selecting a date in advance. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How do I receive the gift card?
Gift cards are sent by emailusually within 48 hours after purchase.
Can the recipient choose the date?

Gift cards are non-refundable, but remain valid throughout their entire validity period.
