Yes. The tastings are designed to constitute a complete meal , without the need to eat before or after.

If we are notified in advance, we can in turn inform our partners so they can adapt their tasting offerings. On the day of the event, it will be too late for this, so please let us know about any allergies or other dietary restrictions.

The distance is approximately 2.8 to 3 km , at a leisurely pace, with seated breaks. Our food tours are therefore accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical condition.

Yes. Foodeez food tours are aimed at both visitors passing through and locals wishing to rediscover their city in a different way.

Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure a friendly and high-quality experience. The stated capacity is 14 participants per time slot, but this depends on the type of booking, particularly for private groups. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your event.

Reservations are made directly online on the Foodeez website, by selecting the city and the desired date.

Yes, a free postponement is possible up to 48 hours before the originally scheduled date.
Between 48 hours before the scheduled date and the day of the event, our tours are generally finalized. Therefore, we will need to inform our partners of your absence, which is why a fee of €5 per person will be charged to cover this. Additional fees may apply if we need to pay for tastings prepared in advance by our partners. These additional fees will be calculated and communicated to you as appropriate.

If necessary, we always prefer to postpone the date.
If cancellation is the only option, your reservation will be refunded under the following conditions:
Up to 1 week before the scheduled date: free cancellation and refund directly to the original payment method. The refunded amount is equal to the booking amount minus the platform fees (Stripe).
Up to 48 hours before: 80% refund (minus Stripe fees).
. between 48 hours and the day of: no refund.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will systematically offer you up to 3 options when possible:
a postponement to another date
A full refund, including fees.
In the cities concerned, we can also offer you the option of switching to our self-guided food tour format through our other concept, Zest Food Tours. The price difference will be refunded if you choose this option.

The gift voucher allows you to offer a Foodeez food tour in the city of your choice, without having to choose a date in advance. It is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

A printable gift voucher is sent by email up to 48 hours after purchase. It can be printed or shared digitally.

– the first and last name of the gift buyer
– the city in question
– the date(s) being considered (midday or evening)

We are now implementing a processing time of up to one week.
